COLLECTION DRIVE FOR ST. JUDE'S AND CHILD HAVEN
Socks, shoes, underwear, pajamas, slippers, tooth paste/tooth brushes, shower curtains, towels, bedding, new toys, new board games, photo albums, movies, calculators, plastic dinnerware, gift cards (Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, etc.).

NEW FELT BOARD FOR SUNDAY SCHOOL
Money has been raised to purchase a new educational tool for the education of our children! This will allow the Bible to come alive for the children. They will be able to see the people, and even interact with the stories by assisting with placing the felt pieces on the boards.

HOLY TRINITY HAS A NEW HOME!!!
Our permit was approved on July 3rd! We will be reviewing the lease agreement one more time and then Holy Trinity will officially have a home.

EPISCOPAL VISITATION / SUNDAY SCHOOL ART CONTEST
Our Rector, The Rt. Rev. Frederick Morrison, was at Holy Trinity! See the Photos page for photos. The Synod, held this year at St. George's in Las Vegas, was a success. This year the children from Holy Trinity entered the Synod Art Contest - this year's theme was "Your Favorite Sacrament". For the second year they brought home ribbons. Congratulations!!! We are looking forward to next year's Synod in Tulsa - maybe a C.S. Lewis themed contest next year???

EPISCOPAL VISITATION / NEW HOME UPDATE
The Rt. Rev. Frederick Morrison is scheduled to visit Holy Trinity and celebrate Mass on June 17th. See the Calendar page for time.Discussions with the property manager of the potential new space have been positive. Research on permitting issues is ongoing with Clark County. The unit is in the Patrick Professional Plaza on Patrick Lane, near the Green Valley area. The hope is to secure a lease soon and set up the church office in time for the Bishop's visit. Updates to follow.

2007 SYNOD / NEW HOME FOR HOLY TRINITY
The 2007 Diocesan Synod will be held in Las Vegas! St. George's Anglican Church will be hosting the annual meeting June 14 - June 15, with Mass on June 16th.A new missal stand, sanctus bells, collection basin, and Paschal Candle were blessed and put into service at the Easter Vigil! An new altar is under construction.A proposal on a potential space for lease has been presented to the members. After touring the space, and consulting with the Bishop, a special meeting was held to decide a course of action. The unanimous vote was to pursue negotiations. Updates to follow.

EASTER GIVING, A BAPTISM AND A SCHEDULE CHANGE
If you are looking to donate to the Church for Lent or Easter, please consider helping us. We are looking to purchase a new Missal Stand, Santus Bells, and new or gently used copies of the 1928 Book of Common Prayer. Holy Trinity is looking forward to the opportunity of celebrating a second Baptism. This is being scheduled along with the Easter Eve Mass.NOTE: Mass will be celebrated on March 4th instead of March 11th to allow for attending the retreat at St. Dorothy's in CA. Please mark your calendars accordingly.

BISHOP'S COMMITTEE AND NEW LOGO
Names have been submitted for the Bishop's Committee. Please add forming the committee to your prayers along with the daunting task of developing a budget. A new logo is being developed for the Mission. We hope to have this designed, adopted and in place for Easter.
